Working with individual clients

Trusts

Many of our clients hold a substantial proportion of their assets in some form of Trust. We are quite accustomed to the particular requirements of each category of trust or settlement and work closely with Trustees and their other professional advisers, helping them satisfy the increasingly onerous duties being laid upon them by recent legislation. We will also be happy to attend meetings of Trustees as required.
